Tracy Grevert

Founder & Director, Florida Hunters for the Hungry (FLH4H)

Tracy Grevert brings over 40 years of diverse professional and philanthropic experience to his role as Founder and Director of Florida Hunters for the Hungry. Holding degrees in both Accounting and Business Management, Tracy has served as President, CEO, Broker and owner of multiple corporations across various industries, including retail, wholesale, franchise chains, real estate, and mortgage banking.

His passion for community service and wildlife conservation began in 2010 through his involvement with the national Hunters for the Hungry organization. While living in Northern Virginia, Tracy acted as a processor, distributor, and donor of wild game meat in support of Virginia Hunters for the Hungry. In 2016, he helped launch a USDA-approved food pantry in Northern Virginia through a church plant sponsored by the Southern Baptist Coalition and Capital Area Food Bank.

After relocating to Florida in 2018, Tracy founded Florida Hunters for the Hungry (FLH4H). He continues to drive its growth statewide by leveraging long-standing relationships with local and national organizations such as FWC, FWFF, ASHRA, NRA, NDA, and regional food banks. He works directly with FWC officers in Pasco County to recover and process deer for donation, ensuring humane practices and effective community outreach.

Tracy is a licensed hunter in both Virginia and Florida with over four decades of field experience. He has served as Trustee, Clerk, and Deacon at a 34-year-old Baptist Church in Brooksville, Florida, and remains actively engaged in both civic and faith-based leadership. As a multi-state licensed realtor since 1992 and a seasoned business owner, Tracy applies his extensive knowledge of business operations to lead FLH4H with purpose and precision.
