Meet the Team

Tracy Grevert, having degrees in both Accounting and Business Management has been the President and CEO for several corporations. He began his relationship in 2010 with the national organization Hunters for the Hungry. While living in Northern Virginia he was a processor, distributor and donor of wild harvested game meat with Virginia Hunters for the Hungry. In 2016 he helped set up a USDA food pantry in Northern Virginia with his plant church sponsored by Southern Baptist Coalition and Capital Area Food Bank.  Moving to Florida in 2018 he founded and funded Florida Hunters for the Hungry (FLH4H). He has served as a Trustee, Clerk and Deacon at a 34 year old Baptist Church in Brooksville FL. Tracy has been a licensed Virginia and Florida Hunter for over 40 years.  He has been a licensed realtor since 1992 with over 33 years in the mortgage banking/investing and Real Estate Businesses. Over the last 40 years he has owned retail, wholesale and franchise chain businesses. As a current corporate business owner, he uses all those experiences to drive FLH4H and understands the entire business process from start to finish. Tracy is expanding FLH4H all across Florida due to the efforts and contacts that he has built. He works directly with FWC officers in his hometown of Pasco County to recover and humanely euthanize injured deer, which are processed and fed to the community. He has ongoing relationships with many state, local and national organizations such as FWFF, FWC, ASHRA, NRA, NDA, Feeding Florida, Feeding Tampa Bay, Feeding South Florida, and many others. Tracy is the Founder and Director of Florida Hunters for the Hungry.

Steve Shea is the President of Shea Wildlife & Environmental Services Inc. which provides wildlife management services on over 400,000 acres in Florida. He has worked as a Certified Wildlife Biologist in Florida for over 30 years. He has B.S and M.S. degrees in wildlife management, extensive experience in white-tailed deer research and management and written and published extensively on deer habitat and population management in the Southeast. He is the Chairman of the Deer Committee for the Southeast Section of the Wildlife Society, Vice-chairman of the Southeast Deer Partnership, President of Florida Hunters for the Hungry (FH4H) and former Board member of the Future of Hunting in Florida. He is former Assistant Regional Biologist, HSC Section Leader and Regional Director for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Director of Wildlife and Environmental Services for the St. Joe Company and Director of the wildlife management and law enforcement programs on Florida’s Tyndall AFB. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and through the relationships he has built with landowners and sportsmen across Florida he has the credibility, influence and access to fish and wildlife resources to support FH4H program efforts. Steve is the President of Florida Hunters for the Hungry.
